• Shipping Locations: We ship across India.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns and Complaints Policy

• Non-Returnable Products: All Oximind products are non-returnable.

• Complaints for Damaged/Wrong Products: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can raise a complaint within 7 days of delivery.

• Process for Complaints: Email us at damage@oximindlife.com with your order details and images of the product received.

• Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
